Our client purchased this townhouse which was in a desperate need of modernisation. The brief for this project was to aim for a high-end finish.
This project included damp proofing and tanking the lower ground floor, new plumbing and electric systems, two new bathrooms and new utility room. We carried out the preparation and project managed the installation of the Woodstock bespoke hand-built kitchen finished with Farrow & Ball colours with Miele and Gaggenau appliances, granite worktops, glass splashback, Artemide lighting, and some bespoke carpentry.
The flooring for the lower ground floor was solid wood French Oak Parquet. We have also installed a “Hole in the Wall” balanced flue gas fire. We project managed the installation of the hardwood Accoya double glazed box sash windows with acoustic glass throughout. We designed and landscaped the garden.
We project managed the build of a garden room which is a combination home gym and secure storage. This both maximises the use of the available space and blends in with the established planting.
